Job Summary:
The Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker) is responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets, with a focus on Arabic-speaking markets and clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Arabic-speaking markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow up on leads and negotiations
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales reports in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with reservations, revenue, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or service industries
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven with strong relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
