Job Summary:
The Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker) is responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets, with a focus on Arabic-speaking markets and clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Arabic-speaking markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow up on leads and negotiations
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports in CRM systems
- Collaborate with reservations, revenue, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or service industries
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with strong relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
