Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and approach potential customers in both existing and new markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product samples, and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in FMCG / manufacturing / trading sectors).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)
