Job Summary

Harshad Group is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Candidates with experience in B2B sales, field sales, industrial products, trading, distribution, or machinery and tools will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Generate sales leads through market research, customer visits, networking, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Promote company products and services and understand customer requirements.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and field sales visits.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information in the company’s system.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• A proactive approach to lead generation, business development, and achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to conduct field sales visits and meet customers across Dubai and the UAE.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

• UAE field sales experience.
• Experience in B2B sales, trading, distribution, industrial equipment, machinery, or tools.
• A valid UAE driving license.

Pay: AED2,800.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
