We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales and build strong relationships with customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally via WhatsApp, phone, and in-store.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up with leads until they become confirmed orders.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure orders are delivered smoothly and on time.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the floral industry or flower sales is a strong advantage.
• Existing relationships with corporate clients, event planners, or hospitality businesses are a plus.
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
