Responsibilities

• Generate new clients and business opportunities.
• Promote MEP, AC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, Fit-Out, Painting, Gypsum, Tiles and Renovation services.
• Visit contractors, consultants, developers, property owners and facility management companies.
• Conduct cold calls, client visits, networking and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the estimation/technical team.
• Follow up quotations and negotiate with clients.
• Close new projects and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements

• 1-2 years UAE sales experience, preferably in Technical Services, MEP, Construction, Fit-Out or Facility Management.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market and existing client contacts will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• English and Hindi communication required.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Must be confident, hardworking, self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Candidates with any visa status can apply – Employment Visa, Own Visa, Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa, etc.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Salary and commission will be discussed during the interview.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
