Sales & Marketing Executive – Catering & Restaurant

Job Summary:
Responsible for promoting the restaurant and catering services, generating new business, building client relationships, and increasing sales through effective marketing and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new catering and restaurant business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and corporate customers.
  • Promote services through social media, digital marketing, and local campaigns.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Meet sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing.
