Sales Executive (Female)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Executive to join our team at a well-established 4-star hotel in Bur Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and DMCs.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct sales calls and hotel presentations.
• Negotiate corporate and leisure contracts.
• Coordinate with the Reservations and Front Office teams to maximize revenue.
• Monitor market trends and competitor prices.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain an updated database.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of hotel experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to generate business and build long-term relationships with the hotel partners.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
