Full job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face consultations.
  • Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
  • Coordinate with trainers and branch staff to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities when required.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, admissions, customer service, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in education, training institutes, colleges, or service-based industries.
  • Experience handling admissions or student counseling.
