As part of our expansion in the UAE, we are looking for ambitious sales professionals to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agencies, builders, developers, and referral partners.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking and partnerships.
  • Understand clients’ financial requirements and recommend suitable mortgage and lending solutions.
  • Manage the customer journey from lead generation to loan disbursement.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of UAE experience in Financial Sales, Banking Sales, Mortgage Sales, Loan Sales, Credit Card Sales, Insurance Sales, or Hardcore Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
