Job Title: Sales Executive – Contracting Company

We are looking to hire a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our contracting company in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the UAE contracting market, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to generate new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Search for new projects and business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Visit engineering consultants, clients, and potential customers.
• Follow up with quotations, price offers, and client negotiations.
• Coordinate with management and the technical team regarding project requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Follow up on tenders, project inquiries, and market opportunities.
• Support the company in expanding its client network within the construction sector.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the contracting/construction field inside the UAE is required.
• Experience dealing with engineering consultants and clients.
• Ability to bring new projects and follow up with customers.
• Good knowledge of project procedures, tenders, quotations, and pricing.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of email communication and Microsoft Office.
• Existing network/relationships in Dubai contracting market is preferred.
• Priority will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
