Full job description

  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and prospecting activities.
  • Meet with potential buyers and investors to understand their property requirements.
  • Present and promote available properties to prospective clients.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms between buyers and sellers.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects and existing clients to build long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
