Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the cleaning company to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, developing client relationships, and securing contracts for residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and corporate sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand customer requirements.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in the cleaning services industry.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and meet sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial, residential, and facility cleaning services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driving license is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
