Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team in Sharjah. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling laptops, computers, computer components, and related IT products . The role involves identifying customer requirements, providing suitable product recommendations, and achieving sales targets through excellent customer service and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell IT hardware products such as laptops, RAM, processors, SSDs, HDDs, servers, and peripherals.
- Handle outdoor sales visits and customer meetings professionally
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with for new and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations and process sales orders
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to check product availability
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT hardware or computer sales preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
- Ability to identify customer requirements and close sales opportunities
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and email communication
- English is mandatory; Hindi, Arabic, or Urdu an advantage
