Job Title: Sales Executive – Labor Work / PRO Services

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our team in the labor hiring and PRO services sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and promoting our manpower and labor supply solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new clients for labor hiring and manpower supply services
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups with potential customers
• Promote company services related to labor providing and PRO support
• Maintain good communication and long-term relationships with clients
• Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months in sales or labor supply field (Freshers can also apply)
• Experience in labor hiring, manpower agencies, or PRO services is a plus
• Good communication (Hindi, English)
• Ability to work under targets and handle client meetings
• Basic College Degree or Diploma

Visa Status: Must have own visa
