Overview of the Role
As a Sales Executive – Certified Pre Owned Units, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, maximizing profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will guide customers through a structured “one offer” journey, ensuring transparency, trust, and value at every step. This role requires a proactive, customer centric sales professional who thrives in a fast paced automotive retail environment.
What You Will Do
- Achieve monthly sales targets for certified pre owned units while maintaining strong retained gross margins.
- Drive sales of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products, trade ins and accessories (Dealer Installed Options).
- Ensure all deals are fully stacked on C4C, including unit details, discounts, F&I, and add ons.
- Promote effective customer referrals and ensure 100% second-facing with Showroom Managers.
- Manage leads effectively across phone, web, and walk in channels with a target of 25% conversion.
- Capture accurate customer data (Emirates ID, email, test drive details, etc.) in C4C to support follow up and dashboard accuracy.
- Stay up to date with training, brand campaigns, systems, and competitor activity.
- Participate actively in daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings.
Required Skills to Be Successful
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
- Proven upselling skills with an ability to create value from new products.
- Strong negotiation and customer influencing capabilities.
