Job Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management. You will play a key role in promoting 800Truck’s moving, storage, and add-on services, such as wall painting & touch-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and web platforms
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and promote services
- Provide accurate quotations based on customer needs and property assessments
- Promote value-added services
- Negotiate pricing and close sales in line with company policy
- Maintain CRM records and update lead statuses regularly
- Coordinate with operations and scheduling teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer service
- Maintain knowledge of the company’s full suite of offerings
Requirements:
- Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are welcome to apply
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics and moving (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Confidence in handling calls, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
