Sales Executive

Job Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management. You will play a key role in promoting 800Truck’s moving, storage, and add-on services, such as wall painting & touch-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and web platforms
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and promote services
  • Provide accurate quotations based on customer needs and property assessments
  • Promote value-added services
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales in line with company policy
  • Maintain CRM records and update lead statuses regularly
  • Coordinate with operations and scheduling teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Deliver excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer service
  • Maintain knowledge of the company’s full suite of offerings

Requirements:

  • Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are welcome to apply
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics and moving (Preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in handling calls, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
