One Bridge Security is a growing risk consulting firm that helps business owners identify operational vulnerabilities that could expose them to financial liability.
We conduct Operational Security Risk Assessments (OSRAs) that help businesses document and understand risks that could lead to costly incidents, lawsuits, or preventable loss.
We are currently building our outbound sales team and looking for motivated sales reps who are comfortable making calls, having real conversations with business owners, and helping refine our sales process as we scale.
This role operates in a startup environment, meaning the sales system is continuously improving based on real conversations and feedback from the team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Calling local business owners
- Identifying decision makers (business owners)
- Introducing our risk assessment service
- Scheduling appointments for our assessments
- Logging call notes in our CRM
- Tracking objections and conversation patterns
- Helping refine scripts and messaging based on real call feedback
This role requires consistent daily outbound activity and strong communication skills.

Compensation
This is a performance-based commission role.
