Sales Coordinator

Full job description

  • Female candidates only
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience
  • Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices
  • Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and pending payments
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer details, and order status
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order processing
  • Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications professionally
  • Support in preparing sales reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Assist in organizing client meetings, product samples, and follow-ups
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
