Sales Coordinator

Full job description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support sales operations, tenders, and project documentation (including Bills of Quantities and proposals).
  • Act as a central point of contact between the sales team, clients, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Maintain CRM data, track order processing, and coordinate delivery/installation schedules.
  • Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and regular sales pipeline reports.
  • Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative sales support role (experience in the medical equipment, simulation technology, or educational supplies sector is highly preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
