Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and coordination.
- Manage scheduling and follow-up communications with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales support, coordination, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
