Sales Coordinator

Role Purpose

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing order processing, documentation, and customer coordination activities to ensure accurate and timely execution of sales operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and process Sales Orders in SAP accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare Proforma Invoices, Tax Invoices, and LC-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with Logistics teams and customers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor stock levels and support Sales Engineers with delivery planning and requests.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation, including LPOs, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Track order status and proactively follow up to ensure on-time execution.
  • Issue and send monthly tax invoices to customers.
  • Create and update customer master data in SAP.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial controls.
Minimum Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or internal sales support (experience in HVAC or building materials industry preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in SAP (mandatory).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Must be based in Abu Dhabi.
