We are hiring Sales Coordinator responsible for coordinating orders and to ensure timely delivery to customers. This role will work closely with the sales, procurement, and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels, improve forecast accuracy, and ensure smooth end-to-end sales operations.
Location: DIP 1
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management & Coordination
Coordinate between the sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Track all customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring commitments are met.
Maintain updated order status reports and proactively communicate delays or issues.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure materials are available as per the sales plan.
Inventory & Delivery Management
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
Work with logistics to plan and schedule deliveries efficiently.
Ensure all sales orders and delivery documentation are accurate and complete.
Reporting & Analysis
Generate regular reports on sales forecasts, order fulfillment, and delivery performance.
Analyze sales data to support management decisions on product planning and customer demand.
Customer Coordination
Support the sales team in responding to customer inquiries related to product availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
Ensure customer satisfaction through accurate planning and timely follow-up.
