Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator who is fluent in Arabic and English to support our growing sales operations. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team with coordination, client communication, sales documentation, and inter-departmental follow-ups to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and provide timely responses to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, leads, order status, and contracts in CRM or internal systems.
- Coordinate meetings, sales calls, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, delivery notes, and regular sales reports for management.
- Liaise between internal departments such as logistics, finance, and customer support to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
- Monitor order processing, delivery schedules, and alert relevant teams of any delays.
- Assist in sales forecasting, planning, and support during exhibitions or promotional events as needed.
