Role Overview
Falcon Laboratory is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing quotations, client communication, and coordination with internal departments. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Follow up on client inquiries, feedback, and invoices.
- Maintain client records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with Lab, Survey, Calibration, and Finance teams for smooth service delivery.
- Support meetings, reports, and basic sales administration.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination (lab, construction, or engineering preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
