Role Overview

Falcon Laboratory is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing quotations, client communication, and coordination with internal departments. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Follow up on client inquiries, feedback, and invoices.
  • Maintain client records and update CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with Lab, Survey, Calibration, and Finance teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Support meetings, reports, and basic sales administration.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination (lab, construction, or engineering preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
