Job Title: Experienced Sales Associate – Custom Kitchens, Closets & Interiors

Location: – Greater Chicago Area

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Associate to join our team and help clients bring their dream spaces to life.

Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly motivated Sales Associate with a proven track record in direct-to-customer sales of high-end and medium-end custom kitchens, closets, mud rooms, and TV rooms. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of design principles, and a strong ability to close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Proficiency in Cabinet Vision is required. Experience in commercial mill-work and knowledge of the commercial construction industry are significant advantages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Customer Engagement: Meet directly with prospective clients in our showroom, their homes, or other designated locations to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for custom interior projects.
  • Design & Product Consultation: Guide clients through our extensive product offerings, materials, finishes, and design options for kitchens, closets, mud rooms, and TV rooms.
  • Project Management & Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to project completion, including lead qualification, needs assessment, design concept presentation, quotation, contract negotiation, and follow-up.
  • Cabinet Vision Proficiency: Utilize Cabinet Vision software to create detailed designs, layouts, and renderings of custom cabinetry and mill-work for client presentations and production.
  • Quoting & Estimating: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes based on design specifications, material selections, and project scope.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout their project.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings in the high-end and medium-end custom interior market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Goals: Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
