Candidate Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong motivation for commission earnings
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new sales and leasing opportunities and follow up on leads
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate terms and successfully close transactions
• Work closely with the admin team to ensure smooth processing of deals
