We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our expanding team. In this role, you will represent the company on the sales floor by welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right products to enhance their shopping experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.

Sales & Promotion: Support sales goals by showcasing product features, suggesting complementary items, and informing customers about ongoing promotions.

Cash Handling & Transactions: Accurately process payments using the POS system, including cash, card transactions, returns, and exchanges.

Merchandising & Stock: Keep the store organized and visually appealing by maintaining displays, replenishing stock, and assisting with inventory checks.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product updates, services, and company policies to confidently assist customers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic numeracy and computer skills; familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
• Positive attitude, energy, and ability to perform in a fast-paced setting
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
