Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate with experience in the automotive industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting automotive products/services, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles, auto parts, or automotive services based on their needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
• Conduct product presentations and customer consultations
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer database
• Achieve monthly sales targets and company KPIs
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support
• Stay updated on automotive products, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in automotive sales (cars, auto parts, automotive services, or related field)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant sales experience preferred

Experience Required:
✅ At least 1 year automotive industry experience
✅ Proven sales background preferred
