Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our luxury car showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for high-end vehicles. You will be responsible for delivering a premium buying experience and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting luxury vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
• Demonstrate vehicle features, performance, and value propositions effectively
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the showroom’s inventory and automotive trends
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
• Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and negotiations professionally
• Ensure the showroom is presented to the highest standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in car sales (preferably in luxury or premium segment)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a professional and presentable demeanor
• Ability to meet sales targets in a competitive environment
• Added Advantage – Consignment Acquisition which entails;
• Identify and approach vehicle owners interested in selling their cars through the showroom.
• Develop relationships with individual sellers, corporate clients, and industry contacts.
• Negotiate consignment agreements and ensure proper documentation.
• Build a network that generates a steady flow of quality vehicles for the showroom.
• Fluency in English (additional language like Arabic is a plus)
• Valid driving license
