Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs
• Provide detailed information about products, including features and benefits, to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
• Handle cash transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering skills, including cash management and basic retail math
• Process sales transactions efficiently using retail software and perform 10 key typing tasks with precision
• Support banking functions such as deposit processing and account inquiries when applicable
• Assist customers with financial services like loan processing or account openings, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Maintain clean, organized sales areas and ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and following up on customer inquiries

Experience

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments preferred
• Familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus
• Basic math skills essential for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy
• Experience with financial software systems or point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers and team members
• Ability to perform detailed tasks such as loan processing or cash management with accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
