Job Description

SDAD Auto Spare Parts Trading L.L.C is looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Executive to join our sales team in Deira, Dubai.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, following up with customers, and supporting daily sales activities in the auto spare parts business.

This role is suitable for someone who is interested in sales, customer service, and long-term growth in the automotive spare parts industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell auto spare parts to customers through walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
• Follow up on leads, pending orders, and customer requests
• Support customer development and business growth activities
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order preparation and delivery
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and sales records
• Build good relationships with customers and support repeat business
• Assist the sales team in market development and daily sales operations

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is preferred
• Experience in auto spare parts sales is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of customer service and sales follow-up
• Basic computer skills, including WhatsApp, Excel, typing, and system usage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
• Organized, responsible, and team-oriented
• Knowledge of Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, Renault, or other auto spare parts brands is a plus
• Ability to speak English is required; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Persian is an advantage

Job Details

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Day Off: Sunday
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Break Time: 2 hours
• Training Period: 2 months on-the-job training
• Work Location: Deira, Dubai
