The Role
The Sales Assistant at Found Rental Co. is a detail-driven, team-oriented professional who plays a critical role in supporting the Sales Team and ensuring an excellent client experience.

As a key partner to Account Executives, this role is responsible for maintaining accuracy, organization, and communication across all client orders and internal workflows. The Sales Assistant supports the execution of events from initial inquiry through completion by managing details, coordinating updates, and ensuring all information is accurate and aligned across teams.

With a strong commitment to service and operational excellence, the Sales Assistant helps ensure every client interaction is timely, organized, and reflective of Found’s brand standards. This role requires the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
