Bruce GM Digby is looking for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary plus bonus structure, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, marketing, and behind-the-scenes coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Create engaging content for social media (photos, videos, reels, etc.)
• Assist with marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Respond to customer inquiries (online, phone, and in-person)
• Maintain and update vehicle inventory records and listings
• Help coordinate and execute promotional events and dealership campaigns
• Ensure vehicle photos, descriptions, and online listings are accurate and appealing
• Assist in showroom organization and presentation
• Track leads and assist with CRM updates
• Provide general support to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Basic photography and video skills (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with computers and basic software
• Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or automotive is an asset
