Job Summary
The Sales Assistant plays a key support role in the sales process while also being developed for future advancement into a full-time Sales Consultant position. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated to grow into a sales career while gaining hands-on experience in customer service, memorial products, and the cemetery sales process.

You will assist families, support the sales team, and learn every step of the memorial buying journey—from initial inquiry to final installation—with a clear path to transition into a revenue-generating sales role.

Responsibilities

– Customer Service & Family Support

• Support sales consultants
• Prepare quotes and proposals
• Follow up on leads

– Administrative Duties

• Maintain records
• Schedule appointments
• Process paperwork
• Ensure compliance
• Organize documentation

– Production & Delivery Coordination

• Communicate with production teams
• Track order progress
• Coordinate delivery timelines
