• Present and explain AT&T products and services in a clear, customer-friendly way.
• Help customers select the right plans, devices, or service options based on their needs.
• Handle questions confidently and relay product benefits in a consultative manner.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, offers, and new features to educate customers.
• Meet Entry Level Sales Assistant team goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Entry Level Sales Assistant Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable explaining products in person and answering customer questions.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required, training is provided as this is an entry level position
