Overview Of The Role:

  • The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in generating store sales and delivering a positive customer experience. This involves actively engaging with customers, maintaining store presentation standards, and executing a variety of operational tasks as directed by the store management. Success in this role requires a positive attitude, excellent customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You Will Do:

General

  • Maintain store standards and cleanliness to create a sparkling clean and organized environment.
  • Create a positive first impression for customers with an energetic attitude and adherence to dress code.
  • Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere, non-business-like greeting.
  • Provide customers with current and relevant information about the products.
  • Deliver quality service in the fitting rooms, follow up with customers in a timely manner, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and attempt to add on to the sale.
  • Offer efficient service at the cash wrap, offer gift cards, maintain cleanliness, and capture customer information in the database.
  • Sincerely thank all customers for shopping as they exit the store and invite them to return.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced retail environment.
