Female Sales Assistant
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Assistant to support our sales operations, communicate with clients, and help grow our business. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of sales processes, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and proposals
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Follow up with clients for approvals and payments
- Maintain and update customer records
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding project updates
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
- Support marketing activities when required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Presentable and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
