Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail vape shop team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a vape shop or similar retail environment, strong communication skills, and a passion for vaping products and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product information and recommendations.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on vape devices, e-liquids, coils, and accessories.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain usage, safety, and maintenance.
• Ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain updated knowledge of new vape products, trends, and regulations.
• Monitor stock levels and report low quantities to the supervisor or inventory team.
• Assist with receiving and organizing new stock deliveries.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with safety and age-restriction rules.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to store performance.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Assistant (UAE retail experience preferred).
• Experience in a vape shop is highly preferred.
• Strong product knowledge of vape devices, e-liquids, coils, and accessories.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if needed.
