Jood Studio is looking for a motivated and results-driven Female Marketing Specialist to join our team in Ajman.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new customers and actively increase studio bookings.
• Find and approach potential business clients for long-term contracts.
• Build relationships with companies, clinics, restaurants, brands, and other potential partners.
• Handle incoming leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Communicate professionally with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other channels.
• Present Jood Studio’s services and packages clearly and professionally.
• Prepare quotations and follow up until deals are confirmed.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat business.
• Identify new marketing and partnership opportunities.
• Support promotional campaigns and special offers.
• Maintain an organized record of leads, follow-ups, contracts, and customer status.
• Coordinate with the studio team to ensure smooth communication between customers and production staff.
• Work toward monthly sales and customer-acquisition targets.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Fluent in Arabic and English – both are mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Confident speaking with customers and business owners.
• Professional appearance and communication style.
• Organized and capable of following up with multiple leads.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, email, CRM systems, and basic office tools.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, business development, or a similar role is preferred.
• Experience in photography, media, advertising, social media, or creative agencies is an advantage.
• UAE experience and knowledge of the local market are an advantage.
