Job Summary

Duties
- Support sales team by preparing documents for Clients and Customers, updating records, Processing orders into and out of an EDI system, assisting clients and customers with order tracking and verification, assisting with data entry using Microsoft Office
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of important documents
- Provide excellent customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions while maintaining proper phone etiquette
- Coordinate calendar management for sales staff, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently
Requirements
- Proven office management or clerical experience with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry or similar
- Excellent typing speed and data entry skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and problem solve effectively while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in office support roles is advantageous
- Knowledge of server based filing procedures, proofreading skills, and general office procedures
