We are currently seeking a Female Sales Admin with proven experience in sales coordination and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily operations
  • Prepare and process sales quotations, LPOs, invoices, and related documentation
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales reports
  • Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and delivery schedules
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department

Requirements:

  • Female candidate (as per company requirement)
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in sales coordination and documentation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
