Your Role
This is a hybrid Sales & Customer Success position where you’ll be responsible for both acquiring new clients and ensuring existing customers continue to grow with Slider.
Responsibilities
- Find and onboard new business customers.
- Visit potential clients and present Slider’s delivery solutions.
- Follow up on leads and close new accounts.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure clients are satisfied and actively using our services.
- Identify upselling and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Coordinate with Operations to resolve client issues quickly.
- Meet monthly sales and account growth targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident meeting clients face-to-face.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Experience in logistics, delivery, SaaS, or B2B sales is a strong advantage.
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
