ABOUT RELENTLESS CAPITAL
Relentless Capital is a real estate investment firm specializing in asset-backed investment opportunities that deliver high-yielder, risk-adjusted returns for institutional investors, family offices, and qualified allocators. We structure and invest capital in tangible real estate assets with strong fundamentals— providing our investor base with transparency, downside protection, and above market returns on capital.
Our approach combines disciplined underwriting, deep market expertise, and a commitment to investor-first relationships. As we scale our capital raising efforts, we are seeking a seasoned professional who thrives in a performance-driven, entrepreneurial environment and has established relationships across the institutional and family office landscape.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Director of Capital Sales to lead outbound capital raising efforts and build enduring relationships with family offices, institutional allocators, registered investment advisors (RIAs), high-net-worth individuals, and other qualified investors. This is a full-commission, 1099 role designed for a self-starter with a proven track record of raising capital for real estate or alternative investments.
This is not a salaried support role. This is a front-line, revenue-generating position for someone who understands that capital raising is a relationship business — and who has the discipline, network, and drive to deliver results from day one.
