Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE regulations, standards, and company procedures.
- Implement, monitor, and maintain project safety programs and initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits.
- Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
- Work closely with the project team to promote and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline.
- NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer.
- At least 1 year of experience working on ADNOC projects.
- Thorough knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards, procedures, and regulations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare HSE reports and maintain safety documentation.
