• Ensure all rooms are properly stocked with amenities and supplies before guest check-in.
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to address deficiencies and improve overall room quality.
• Maintain detailed inspection records and logs to track room status and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in training new staff on cleaning protocols, floor care techniques, and safety procedures.
• Support janitorial tasks such as cleaning floors, carpets, bathrooms, and other surfaces as needed to uphold cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards and guest service expectations.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during inspections and cleaning duties.
