Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces to maintain impeccable hygiene standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform floor care tasks to uphold cleanliness throughout the property
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly for resolution
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures aligned with hospitality industry standards
• Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and special requests to enhance overall guest experience

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments with a focus on housekeeping or room servicing
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and supplies used in hotel or custodial settings
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure all areas are spotless and meet quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts
• Prior hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable; housekeeper management experience is a plus
