Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Guest Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and guest satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and a commitment to excellence are valued. Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing supplies
• Perform floor care duties such as mopping and carpet cleaning to maintain a pristine environment
• Ensure all guest amenities and linens are properly stocked and organized
• Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and hallways as assigned
• Adhere to hotel policies regarding sanitation, safety, and guest privacy

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is a plus
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of service
