Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS. The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and an understanding of the importance of providing excellent service to enhance the guest experience.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged.
• Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices and standards.
• Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Proficient in floor care techniques, including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
• Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service.
• Attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good physical stamina to perform tasks efficiently throughout shifts.
