Full job description
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors according to hotel standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities.
- Replenish minibar and room supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or lost & found items to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and tools are maintained properly.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Follow hotel procedures for guest privacy and room security.
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests.
- Assist with laundry services or deep cleaning when required
