Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay. This position requires efficiency, reliability, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, sleeping areas, and living spaces, to meet Marriott brand standards.
• Replace linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities daily or as needed.
• Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
• Re-stock housekeeping carts and supply closets daily.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items promptly to management.
• Follow established protocols for the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Adhere to lost and found procedures for guest items.
• Ensure compliance with brand appearance standards, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet daily cleaning goals.
